Shipping and delivery
All products purchased on www.prateldesign.com are shipped by Pratel Srl – Via Galileo Galilei 6 – Castelnuovo del Garda (VR) Italy.
Shipments are made by express courier within the day following that of placing the order. The purchased products are then delivered throughout ITALY within 19/48 working hours from order fulfillment (for some areas that are difficult to reach, delivery takes place within 72 hours). Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries in Europe are made in 7 working days.
Deliveries in the United States from 7 days to 15 days depending on the destination.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order is processed only at the time of crediting the payment: if the payment is not made within 6 days, the order will be canceled. N.B. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and other special events such as absence of the recipient, delivery location difficult to reach and other problems attributable directly to the courier and not dependent on PRATEL SRL.

Europe € 20.00 (up to 1kg)
US € 38.00 (up to 1kg)
Shipping costs (with the exception of Italy) may vary in relation to changes in the currency exchange or surcharges for particular destinations. All packages are insured at no additional cost.
During the holiday periods, Christmas, Easter, August deliveries may be delayed by a few days compared to the normal 24/48 hours. Reference courier BRT – Bartolini.

Right of Withdrawal
The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 64 and ss. Of the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code).
Within the above deadline, the Customer must notify PRATEL SRL through the email pratel@pec.it and info@prateldesign.com (both emails) of the intention to return the purchased products. At the same time as exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the product to PRATEL SRL at the following address: PRATEL SRL – Via Galilei, 6 – Castelnuovo del Garda (VR) Italy within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased product.
PRATEL SRL will refund the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the product, following the actual receipt of the same at its warehouses. In particular, the return is subject to the following conditions:
• It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on a part of the products (eg accessories). In the event of an offer consisting of the combination of multiple products (bundles), the entire package must be returned.
• The right of withdrawal is not applicable in case of orders containing customized products or audiovisual products or computer software sealed, opened by the Customer
• The purchased product must be returned intact in all its parts (including any accessory equipment: manuals, cables , …)
It is expressly provided, on the basis of the provisions of art. 67, co. 3, of the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), that the return costs are charged to the Customer; the shipment, until the certificate of receipt is received, is under the full responsibility of the Customer; in the event of damage to the goods during transport, PRATEL SRL will notify the Customer of the incident to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the Express Courier; in this case, the product will be made available to the customer, canceling the withdrawal procedure. PRATEL SRL is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the above requirements are met, PRATEL SRL will return the amounts already paid as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days.
Payments
Payments in execution of the Purchase Agreement can be made by credit card or PayPal or bank transfer in advance, if the delivery is made in Italy. The Customer is required to choose, at the time of the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement, the chosen payment method.
If the delivery takes place outside the Italian territory, the only payment method allowed is payment by credit card or PayPal. For shipments abroad, different shipping costs may vary or be added to the customer’s country of residence (Europe, Extra EEC, Asia, Asia Minor, Africa, United States and Latin America, Australia).
If the Customer purchases the products with payment by credit card or PayPal, the information relating to the buyer’s credit card will be transmitted and managed by a third party (“Intermediary”), via a secure connection directly to the website of the ” Intermediary who manages the transaction. The credit card payment procedure takes place using a secure connection, in which the Customer will find the order amount and must indicate the type, number and expiry date of the credit card. Additional data or security codes may be requested in some cases by the Intermediary (such as, by way of example and not limited to, for the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security services).
In order to protect the customer’s security to the maximum degree, PRATEL SRL never gets to know the credit card number, which is received only by the banking institutions that must provide the authorization. PRATEL SRL is only notified of the outcome of the transaction. In other words, no credit card data is transcribed on the documents relating to the order and / or stored by PRATEL SRL.
Availability of goods
The Customer can only purchase the goods present in the catalog published on the Site and in the quantities indicated therein, unless otherwise agreed. All product prices are indicated on the Site and are inclusive of VAT only. For the same purpose, the Customer may contact PRATEL SRL at his choice by: • email: info@prateldesign.com.
Legal guarantee
Up to 2 (two) years from the delivery of the products, PRATEL SRL is liable towards Consumer Customers, in accordance with articles 130 and 132 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, of any lack of conformity of existing products at the time of delivery. The Consumer Customer loses the rights recognized to him by art. 130, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 if you do not report the lack of conformity to PRATEL SRL within the term of 2 (two) months from the date on which the defect was discovered. PRATEL SRL will make every diligent effort to replace at its own expense, with other products of the same quality and title available in its warehouses, those delivered products that are damaged or defective, provided that they have been returned by the Customer in the original packaging ( complete with all the parts that compose it).
If replacement with the same product is not possible, PRATEL SRL will refund the customer the amount paid for the defective product, excluding any further liability of PRATEL SRL, for whatever reason.
Competent Court.
For any legal dispute, the Court of Verona will be competent as of now.
The purchase, and the subscription via the web (through “acceptance” by clicking on the appropriate selector at the time of payment on the Cart) of this contract is for all legal purposes a sales contract signed in digital form. The subscriber / contractor declares to have read and confirmed all the points forming part of these general conditions of sale.
